Pavel Kharin

Pavel Kharin has worked in the IT industry since 2016. Pavel began their career at Euroset as a Help Desk Specialist in the Service Desk Department. In 2016, they also joined Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S as a System Administrator in the Wintel Department and as a Junior Consultant in the Atos Training Center. In 2018, they moved to Gazprom Neft Digital Solutions (formerly known as ITSK) as a Leading Specialist of the Department of Security Monitoring Systems. In 2019, they worked as a Deployment Engineer in the Deployment Team at Dino Systems. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Positive Technologies as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer in the Product Testing Department and then at Velvetech LLC as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In these roles, they tested products and identified deficiencies while suggesting solutions, identified quality assurance process bottlenecks, collaborated with software development teams, tracked bugs and interacted with customers.

Pavel Kharin obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Voronezh State University between 2017 and 2019. Pavel previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology from the same university between 2013 and 2017. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including an IELTS from the British Council in June 2021, a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services in November 2020, a Microsoft Imagine Academy Certificate from Microsoft in June 2018, a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in December 2015, and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications in December 2015.
