Rajesh Ravi Narayanan

Rajesh Ravi Narayanan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajesh is currently serving as the Director of Production Engineering at Venafi since 2021. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at TIBCO, including Director of Site Reliability Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. At TIBCO, they were responsible for overseeing the site reliability and infrastructure of the Connected Intelligence PaaS Platform. Rajesh led global teams in areas such as observability, production ops, cloud engineering, and tools & automation. Rajesh also has experience as a Principal Engineer/Team Lead and Sr. Staff Engineer at TIBCO in the past.

Before joining TIBCO, Rajesh worked as an EAI Consultant at Yahoo from 2005 to 2007. In this role, they designed and developed solutions to integrate different components of Yahoo Ad Systems and automated sales operations using TIBCO suite of products. Rajesh also worked on building custom SDK adapters and TIBCO BW interfaces with error handling and fault-tolerant capabilities.

Rajesh started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys in 2001. Rajesh was involved in product engineering for the Active Enterprise Suite of Adapters, where they developed and maintained TIBCO application adapters to integrate enterprise applications like Siebel and ClarifyCRM.

Throughout their career, Rajesh has gained expertise in various technologies and tools including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Terraform, Python, Ansible, CI/CD, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, Jaeger, Zabbix, AWS Cloudwatch, Syslog, ElasticSearch, Kibana, and more.

Rajesh Ravi Narayanan completed a B.Tech degree from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 1997 to 2011. In 2015, they also obtained a Core: Credential of Readiness from the Harvard Business School Online.
