Paul'searliest work experience was at Abbott Laboratories as a Corporate Information Technology Business Systems Marketing Associate from May 2007 to August 2007.

Paul Celebucki earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management Information Systems, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 2004 to 2008. Paul then pursued further education and earned an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Paul obtained certification as a ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in September 2014.
