Elmer Bervis

Elmer Bervis serves as the Executive Vice President of Service Operations at Vensure Employer Solutions since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading operations for the Vensure/Solvo Global Outsourcing LATAM strategy. Prior to this role, Elmer was the Global Delivery Director at Atento from May 2022 to December 2022, renowned for a strong focus on customer service and operations delivery. Elmer's extensive experience also includes various leadership positions at Sitel from 2011 to May 2022, such as Site Director and Senior Operations Manager.
