Andrew Bartlett

Andrew Bartlett is an experienced executive in the fields of asset management and aviation operations, currently serving as the General Manager of Defence Base Services at Ventia since March 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of various services to the Australian Department of Defence and managing assets valued over $20 billion. Prior to Ventia, Andrew Bartlett spent over 24 years at Qantas in various leadership roles, including managing international and domestic cabin crew, airport services, maintenance operations, and process reviews. Andrew Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney, and has furthered professional education through the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Harvard University.
