Jo Crawford

Jo Crawford currently serves as General Manager for Ventia's telecommunications business in New Zealand, a position held since July 2023. Previously, Jo led Rockgas, New Zealand's largest LPG retailer, from March 2021 to July 2023 and was also an Executive General Manager with First Gas Limited during the same period, overseeing business operations as part of the Clarus group. Jo's extensive experience includes significant roles at Chorus NZ Limited, where leadership spanned customer care and provisioning, as well as positions at Fonterra, TelstraClear, and other organizations focused on customer service, organizational development, and human resources. Jo holds a Master of Science in Applied Psychology with first-class honors and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Otago.
