Mark Ralston

Mark Ralston is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy, corporate development, and telecommunications. Since joining Ventia at its formation in 2015, Mark has held pivotal roles including Group Executive of Telecommunications, Strategy & Corporate Affairs, and Executive General Manager of the Solutions Group, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise strategies, sustainability, M&A integration, and client-focused initiatives. Previous roles include Managing Director at Strategy Bench, General Manager of Corporate Strategy at Tenix, and Chief Operating Officer at Duncan Solutions, among others. Mark's educational background includes an Executive Advanced Management Programme from INSEAD, a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Sydney.
