Rahul Vaidya

Rahul Vaidya is the Chief Information Officer at Ventiv Technology. Rahul has over two years of experience in leading global technology development, PMO, security and compliance, infrastructure, infrastructure operations, and quality assurance (QA). Rahul currently leads a team of 180+ resources and reports directly to the CEO.

Previously, Rahul served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at AlphaPoint. In this role, they oversaw global technology infrastructure, global product/application support, global client onboarding and implementation, security, network operations center, and quality assurance (QA). Rahul led a team of 100+ with a multimillion-dollar budget and reported directly to the CEO.

During their time at AlphaPoint, Rahul was responsible for managing Azure cloud infrastructure on 1,500+ servers in 25+ Azure datacenters. Rahul also led the team that provided 24/7 cloud infrastructure support by building and managing a cloud infrastructure monitoring system. In addition, Rahul managed SaaS-based cloud infrastructure for various products and supported all internal departments. Rahul was able to save the company $4M annually by optimizing cloud capabilities and application rearchitecture.

Rahul has also been responsible for leading 24/7 global product support for 100+ clients in 21 countries. Rahul has developed various support tools and cross-training programs to increase productivity and effectiveness of the global team. Rahul has also established a process to measure product support success based on customer satisfaction while achieving SLAs. Furthermore, they built enhanced application monitoring, logging and analytics to improve issue resolution time by ~50%. Additionally, they implemented ITIL framework with Agile development methodology.

Lastly, Rahul increased customer SLA compliance on infrastructure and application uptime and global product support from 70% to 99.99% by staffing the right people, process improvement, and technology modernization. Rahul also oversaw global command center which is responsible for 24/7 monitoring and L1 application, infrastructure, and security team support.
