Sherwin J. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Sherwin started their career as a Private Equity Intern at Lindsay Goldberg in 2008. Sherwin then worked as a Financial Analyst at BlueLane Capital from 2010 to 2011 and as an Investment Analyst at ELCO Management in 2012. In 2013, they joined Basel Advisors as a Sales and Business Development - Capital Markets Consultant.

From 2014 to 2016, Sherwin worked at Red Balloon Security as a Business Operations Manager, where they played a key role in developing defense technologies for embedded devices. In 2016, they joined Factury as a Product Manager and also worked as an EIR/Mentor at Startupbootcamp FinTech.

Sherwin joined Backtrace I/O in 2017 and held multiple positions, including Technical Account Manager and Enterprise Sales and Customer Success Lead. Sherwin then became the Head of Strategic Sales and Customer Success before being promoted to Director of Strategic Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Services. Currently, Sherwin is working at Vercel as the Director of Customer Success, a role they started in November 2023. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in customer success, technical services, sales, and business development.
