Lucas Paranhos

Lucas Paranhos serves as the Latin America Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Verint, having held this position since February 2013, following a prior role as LATAM Head of Legal and Legal Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Legal at DACHSER from September 2004 to October 2012 and as Legal Manager at AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA from August 2003 to September 2004. Lucas Paranhos also gained foundational legal experience with an internship in the Legal Department at Brasil Ferrovias and contributed to IBM's America's Delivery Integration Project. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Artificial Intelligence, Privacy, and Data Protection Law at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto, Lucas Paranhos holds advanced degrees in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions from renowned institutions, including an LL.M. from Insper and an Executive MBA from Münster University.
