Rich Dibenedetto

Rich DiBenedetto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client enablement, learning strategy, and educational operations. Since November 2009, Rich has served as the Assistant Vice President of Client Enablement & Learning at Verisk, leading efforts to enhance customer and employee experiences through innovative onboarding, training, and support. Previous roles include Director of People Success and Director of Learning Solutions, where Rich successfully launched dynamic learning initiatives and coordinated award-winning training programs. With a solid background in the U.S. Army Reserve, where Rich achieved the rank of Major, and experience in various leadership roles across different organizations, Rich has consistently focused on fostering collaboration, improving learning methodologies, and mentoring others for success. Rich holds multiple advanced academic credentials, including a Master of Science in Education from Purdue University and several Mini-MBA certificates from Rutgers Business School.
