David Zhao

Prior to Veritas, David was an investment banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance Group. There, he focused on structuring and executing leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and other debt financings. David holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
