John M. Walker

John M. Walker is the current Executive Director of Operations Technology & Sales CX for Verizon Consumer Group. John has been with Verizon in various capacities since 1993. Prior to their current role, Mr. Walker served as the Executive Director of IT for Verizon Wireless from 2000 to 2011. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's IT operations. Before that, they were a member of Technical Services for Verizon, where they re-engineered and performed troubleshooting for the TalkDial service. Mr. Walker also spent time as a management trainee for Bell of Pennsylvania, where they gained experience in telecommunications plant and engineering.
