Marie McGehee

Marie McGehee has worked in corporate communications for over 20 years. Marie began their career as an account executive at Clarke & Company in 1999. Marie then spent three years as a sales and marketing associate at Marriott Hotels before moving to Weber Shandwick in 2000. At Weber Shandwick, they served as an account executive for one year before moving to Colette Phillips Communications in 2001. At Colette Phillips Communications, they served as an account supervisor for one year before being promoted to account director in 2003. In 2006, they moved to State Street where they served as vice president of public relations until 2012. Marie then returned to Verizon in 2013, where they have served as director of corporate communications for the past eight years.

Marie McGehee has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration in Brand Management from the University of Wisconsin.

They work with and Lauren Tilstra - Head of Global Executive Communications & Director, Corporate Communications. Marie McGehee reports to James J. Gerace, Chief Communications Officer.
