David Thoms

David Thoms is currently the VP of Structured Finance at Versa Bank. Prior to joining Versa Bank, David worked as an account manager at Pacific & Western Bank of Canada and Scotiabank. At Scotiabank, David was a commercial account manager. David has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry.

David Thoms has a MBA in finance from the Schulich School of Business - York University and an Hon B.A. in kinesiology and exercise science from Western University.

They work with Andy Min - VP, Finance & Corporate Accounting, Dylan Steuart - Treasurer. David Thoms reports to Shawn Clarke, Chief Financial Officer.
