Dana Sheahan

Dana Sheahan is an experienced legal and corporate affairs professional currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Versant Media since November 2025. Prior to this role, Dana held various positions at Warner Music Group from December 2016 to October 2025, including Vice President and Head of Legal M&A and Corporate Legal, as well as Vice President of Corporate Legal and Associate Counsel. Dana's earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Transactional & Securities at Foley & Lardner LLP and as an Associate in Business Law and M&A at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Dana also completed a Legal Internship at Public Knowledge and worked as a Summer Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Dana holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Media, Culture and Communication from New York University.
