Prior experience includes managerial roles in group consolidation and reporting at Philips Domestic Appliances, where participation in the separation from Royal Philips and oversight of month-end close activities were key responsibilities. Hoan's professional background also includes financial planning and reporting management at FrieslandCampina, financial control at RGP, and positions at ASML, American Community Association, and PwC. Education credentials include an MBA from TIAS School for Business and Society and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh, along with ACCA certification.
