As Vertigo’s CEO, Dan has over fifteen years of combined experience in e-commerce and social music and brings a dynamic ability to execute on high-level strategy and coordinate internal operations in an efficient and targeted manner. In 2004, he began transforming his wife’s fansite from a garage-based business into a multistate distribution company. Under Dan’s leadership, Movie Mars became one of the largest third-party media sellers on eBay and Amazon with $58 million in revenue. In 2006, Dan was chosen by eBay to represent e-commerce business owners before various members of Congress. Dan’s unique story is profiled in The eBay Billionares’ Club by Amy Joyner. Dan has an MBA with Honors from Carnegie Mellon University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program.
