Kelly Safranski

Kelly Safranski is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee training. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at SPARK Executive Solutions since June 2014, Kelly has effectively led the development of tailored hiring and onboarding programs and conducted comprehensive assessments of HR processes. As the Director of Talent Acquisition at VESPA GROUP LLC, Kelly has successfully sourced niche technical talent for federally funded positions through innovative recruiting strategies. In addition, Kelly has held senior consulting roles, including at Blue Rudder/The Referent Group, providing management training and career coaching. With previous experience at Cadwell and Intel Corporation, Kelly has demonstrated a strong track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and programs. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR and Marketing from Gonzaga University and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University.
