Jake Kelley has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance and capital markets. Currently, they serve as Co-Founder and CIO of Vesta Equity, a fintech company specializing in blockchain and AI for home equity investments, and manage investments at Waterloo Real Estate Capital. Previously, they held leadership roles at companies such as Wander, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley, focusing on capital raising and securitized products. Jake is also pursuing a BBA in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin and a degree in Culinary Arts from Institut Paul Bocuse.
