Ronit Scharf

Ronit has extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements across many industries, focusing on IP rights and technology transfers as well as commercial transactions for public and private companies and international governmental organizations. She has advised clients in corporate governance, risk management, and compliance, in both law office and in-house settings. She has worked with startup and established technology companies on a broad range of commercial activities, including advising software and hardware companies in structuring and negotiating both local and international licensing, technology, distribution, intellectual property, security, and commercial transactions. Prior to Vesttoo, Ronit was a Senior Counsel at Meitar Law Firm technology group as well as in-house legal counsel in several different technology companies such as Verint Systems Ltd.; Nice Ltd.; Modu Ltd., and others. In her role as in-house counsel, she led the negotiations and closing of numerous transactions as well as served as company secretary advising the board of directors on different ongoing matters. Ronit holds an LLB as well as LLM from Fordham University.
