Vadim Gusis

Vadim Gusis has held a variety of roles in the software engineering industry since 1994. Vadim began their career as a Software Engineer and Research Scientist at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they worked on a new method of computerized breast cancer detection. This work was published in Nature (Medicine), 3, 780 - 782 (1997). After this, they moved to Tiltan, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Algorithms Developer from 1996 to 2013. During this time, they developed sophisticated algorithms for 3D urban features reconstruction, image restoration, geospecific texturing, and more. Vadim then moved to Roboteam Ltd. in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Architect until 2013. In 2014, they joined Rounds as an Android Native Developer and then moved to Kik Interactive, Inc. in 2017, where they worked as an Android Developer. Vadim then moved to Nexar Inc. as a Senior Mobile Developer and most recently joined Intuition Robotics in 2018, where they work as an Android Developer. In 2023, they joined vHive as a Senior Mobile Developer.

Vadim Gusis completed their first degree in Chemical Engineering from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University between 1987 and 1991. Vadim then went on to pursue a 2 degree in Chemistry from Weizmann Institute of Science between 1991 and 1994.
