Alexei Vederko

Alexei Vederko serves as the Sr. Director of Global Engineering at Viasat Energy Services since April 2022. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, Vederko has held significant roles at RigNet, including Sr. Director of Global Engineering and Sr. Director of Product Line Management, overseeing the Managed Communication Services product line. Prior positions include Global GEO space capacity management and RF Engineering at Inmarsat and contributions to the WiMAX network at Stratos. Vederko’s career began at Romantis Moscow, progressing to Technical Director at Moskovsky Teleport, where major operational advancements were implemented. Vederko holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in nonlinear wave phenomena.
