Andy Lincoln

Andy Lincoln is a Chief Engineer at Viasat, where they have been instrumental in leading technology initiatives within the Government sector since 2025. Previously, from 2017 to 2023, they held the position of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Government Products Portfolio, overseeing the integration of innovative products into vital services for US and Allied defense forces. Andy has an expansive background in engineering and technology roles, including positions as Chief Engineer for Tactical Network Solutions and Director of DSP Software. They earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
