William Szablewski

Head, Capital Markets at Viatris

William Szablewski has over 20 years of experience in finance and capital markets. William is currently the Head of Capital Markets at Viatris.

Previously, they were the Global Finance Director, CNS and Pain Care at Teva Pharmaceuticals from November 2012 to March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for long term strategic/financial planning, M&A, global pipeline, and ex-US regional development.

In this role, they were responsible for domestic treasury group activities, including long term debt issuance, call analysis and re-opens, interest/Fx/fuel hedging, stock repurchase, credit facility, and short term corporate investing.

William Szablewski received their Bachelors of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. Afterwards, they attended Drexel University to earn their MBA in Finance & Risk Management. William started their educational career at Holy Ghost Prep, a high school. William is also certified from the CFA Institute as a CFA.
