Bernie Prusaczyk

Bernie Prusaczyk is a VIC Strategic Advisory Board member and formerly Managing Director of VIC Massachusetts Branch. A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, he is an executive with more than 25 years of leadership including medical devices and business intelligence.

Mr. Prusaczyk has been at the core of several start-up entities during his career from pre-revenue to rapid revenue growth and successful exits. Experience includes serving as VP of NuGenesis Technologies as vice president of Worldwide Business Development and Channels, helping the company grow from $0 to $25M and exited with the successful sale to Waters Corporation in 2004.

As Principal of Merrimack Valley Ventures, Mr. Prusaczyk and his team helped develop and position several companies ranging from medical device startups to SaaS entities.
