Luke Darkow

Luke Darkow joined VPC in 2015 and is a Principal. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing and managing investments within the legal finance industry.

Previously, Mr. Darkow was an associate at TPG Capital in San Francisco where he evaluated leveraged buyout and structured equity and debt special situation investment opportunities. Prior to TPG Capital, Mr. Darkow was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York within the firm’s Media and Communications Group.

Mr. Darkow graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University, where he received a B.S. in finance with a concentration in applied investment management.
