Christopher Buffa

Christopher Buffa has extensive work experience in the video game industry. Their most recent position is as a Business Development Manager at Vidsy, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as part of the sales team in the video game industry at ReKTGlobal from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining ReKTGlobal, Buffa was involved in new business development and served as the VP of Editorial at Greenlit Content from 2015 to 2019. Christopher also held the role of Senior Editor at Prima Games via Gamer Network from 2013 to 2016, where they led an editorial team in publishing comprehensive walkthroughs and analyzed SEO and internet trends. During this time, they also did on-camera work and script writing for custom videos on YouTube.

Prior to Greenlit Content, Buffa worked as a freelancer via Gamer Network for GAME Digital plc from 2013 to 2015. Christopher managed content deals and was responsible for creating weekly editorial calendars and delivering on deadlines.

Buffa's earlier work experience includes serving as the Editor in Chief at Modojo via Gamer Network and Hammersuit from 2011 to 2013. Christopher created editorial calendars, edited content, and reported on and reviewed hardware. From 2009 to 2011, Buffa was the Editor in Chief at RunDLC (Hammersuit LLC), where they exclusively covered digital content for video games.

Christopher started their career as the Editor-in-Chief at AOL GameDaily (Hammersuit LLC) from 2006 to 2009, where they collaborated with staff to create editorial calendars and published features covering the industry. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Editor at AOL GameDaily (Hammersuit LLC) from 2006 to 2008, publishing daily reviews and features and attending industry events.

Prior to AOL GameDaily, Buffa worked at GameDaily (Hammersuit LLC) as the Editor in Chief from 2005 to 2006 and as a Senior Editor from 2004 to 2005. Christopher published daily reviews, previews, and features and regularly attended industry events across the United States.

Christopher Buffa obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the same university, attending from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Christopher also obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) from Duolingo in October 2015.
