Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at MississippiViking since August 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from May 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits and FMLA claims, launching wellness initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Previous experience also includes a role in Human Resources with Weiser Security Services, Inc., focusing on benefits administration for a large workforce and enhancing HR service delivery. Additionally, Ashley contributed to the educational field as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid and managed operations at Pandora. Ashley holds a Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Capella University.
