Shailan Daya

Shailan Daya currently serves as Senior Director of Digital Strategy & Planning at Viking since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Bain & Company from February 2014 to September 2023 as a Senior Manager and Consultant, and at Ellerine Holdings from April 2011 to November 2013 as a Strategist, focusing on growth prospects, market sizing, financial modeling, customer segmentation, and product performance analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as a Junior Engineer at Denel Dynamics from January 2010 to April 2011, where responsibilities involved analytical and computational modeling. Shailan Daya holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering and a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering, both from the University of the Witwatersrand, along with a secondary education from Greenside High.
