Daniela Guerrero

As Manager leading Programs for Village Capital's Latin America team, Daniela leads the design, planning, and implementation of entrepreneur-support programs delivered in the region. Since joining the team in 2017, Daniela has played an integral role in the successful delivery of four programs, including Finance Forward LatAm in two consecutive years, ShelterTech in the Andean Region, and Catalyzing Health Innovations in Mexico.

Previously, she served as a Communications Associate, overseeing all ecosystem outreach, media engagement, and effective messaging related to Village Capital's work in Latin America. She’s particularly passionate about amplifying the impact of her team's work, paying extra attention to creating a holistic image that is both unique but unmistakably Village Capital.

Daniela joined Village Capital from ANDE, where she was in charge of digital communication, document design, and disseminating regional news, events, and key developments with startups and entrepreneurs across Central America and Mexico. She has also worked for some time in public speaking, competing at an international level and later coaching the Mexican national team.
