Gerry Brandon

Gerry Brandon is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of Human Resource Development and psychology, currently serving as the Director of Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development and Associate Professor of Psychology at Villanova University since August 2015. Prior experience includes a position as Visiting Assistant Professor at Gettysburg College from August 2013 to August 2015, where courses included Organization Theory and Knowledge Management. Previously, Gerry Brandon held senior management roles at the Pennsylvania State Education Association from August 1987 to August 2013, including Assistant Executive Director for Human Resources, overseeing a significant HR program and various research initiatives. Gerry Brandon holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University, along with a B.A. in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
