Alex Espinosa

Alex Espinosa currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Customer Support at Vimeo, a position held since October 2019, where oversight includes the delivery and quality of support across various product verticals, as well as management of global direct and non-direct reports. Prior to Vimeo, Alex worked at RED Digital Cinema as a Manager in Support (OTT) and an Enterprise Support Specialist, supporting professional filmmakers and collaborating with engineering on firmware and hardware testing. Experience also includes a role as Production Lead at Hightail Media and a Trainer at Apple. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Santiago Community College.
