Samantha Kane

Samantha has worked in various HR leadership roles since 2006 and mainly in the public and third sector, including Police, Prison Service and Local Authority. She has held a number of senior roles in the Health and Social Care Sector, including Public Health, Welfare, Prison Health, Learning Disability and Mental Health services. Samantha has a breadth of experience in delivering large scale change and transformation programmes across in Health and Social Care sector and is passionate about the people agenda. She joined Virgin Care in 2017 to help co-create and execute the people and service strategy. Leading a national team of Business Partners she introduced Workforce Plans for all services and worked with local leadership teams on critical people issues including recruitment, talent management and the mobilisation of new services. She joined the Executive Team in November 2018 as People Director.
