Katie Hunt-Morr

Katie Hunt-Morr serves as the COO and VP of Impact Platforms at ICONIQ Capital, where Katie manages strategies for collaborative philanthropy aimed at raising $3 billion by 2030. Katie co-founded and leads Jiamini.org, a nonprofit focused on empowering underprivileged students, while also holding a board position at Virgin Unite USA. Previously, Katie was Managing Director at NationSwell, guiding purpose-driven leaders to enhance social impact, and Director at Virgin Unite, where Katie developed a social enterprise model. Earlier roles include Senior Manager at Etsy, where Katie integrated social impact into the business model, and Business Director at Reuters, where Katie drove significant revenue growth and pioneered ecological initiatives. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lewis & Clark College and has additional education in economics and evolutionary psychology from New York University.
