Tanya Wilburn

Tanya Wilburn is a seasoned professional in compliance and recovery, currently serving as Manager of AP Compliance at CarMax since August 2024. Previous experience includes a range of roles at Virginia Credit Union, such as Compliance Analyst, Recovery Supervisor, and Team Lead from May 2017 to the present. Tanya also held various positions at C&F Finance Company from February 2012 to May 2017, including Recovery Supervisor and Recovery Team Leader, along with experience as a Recovery Paralegal. Early career experience includes serving as a Litigation Paralegal at Grogan & Associates from February 2005 to February 2012, where responsibilities included receptionist duties and involvement in real estate closings and collections.
