Stefanie Wilson

Stefanie Wilson is an experienced instructional designer and educator, currently serving as an Instructional Designer and Trainer at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership since August 2023, and as an Instructional Designer at The Providencia Group since March 2022. Previously, Stefanie held teaching positions as a Spanish Teacher in Hanover County Public Schools from 2008 to 2022 and as an Adjunct Spanish Teacher for Virtual Virginia in 2013-2014. Education includes a Master's degree in Learning Design & Technology and a Certificate in Learning Experience Design from the University of Colorado Denver, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University and postgraduate work in Urban and Environmental Planning at the University of Virginia. Skills include conducting training needs assessments, designing training programs, developing instructional materials, and monitoring training effectiveness, with a strong focus on compliance and meeting diverse learners' needs.
