Dr. Freeha Bokhari

Dr. Freeha Bokhari is a seasoned medical professional with extensive experience in clinical informatics and family medicine. Currently serving as the Medical Director of Ambulatory Clinical Informatics at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health since January 2021, Dr. Bokhari has been associated with CHI as the Medical Director of Ambulatory Informatics and Physician Builder since 2016. Prior to these roles, Dr. Bokhari worked as a Family Physician at CHI Health-Burien from July 2012 to May 2022, and held the position of Medical Director at Bogachiel Clinic in Forks, WA, from August 2005 to July 2012, while also serving as a Physician for Clallam County Hospital District No. 1 during the same period. Dr. Bokhari received a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Allama Iqbal Medical School between 1989 and 1995 and earned a high school degree with honors from Old Strathcona Academic High School.
