Ashley Lawrence

Ashley Lawrence is an experienced coach and educator with a strong background in health and physical education. Currently serving as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Virginia State University since August 2022, Ashley previously held various roles, including Head Lacrosse Coach for Girls JV and Physical Education Teacher at Syracuse City School District, and Health and Physical Education Teacher at District of Columbia Public Schools. Ashley has also coached at the high school level, including roles at Prince George's County Public Schools, and has experience in youth advocacy. Ashley's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Howard University and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Kaplan University.
