Sami Inkinen

Sami Inkinen is the CEO and co-founder of Virta Health, a company dedicated to reversing type 2 diabetes and obesity through innovative, provider-led nutrition programs. With past experiences including co-founding Trulia and leadership roles at Microsoft and McKinsey & Company, Sami has a strong background in technology and business development. Additionally, Sami is a venture partner at Obvious Ventures and serves as a mentor for various startup accelerators. Sami holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Master's in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, and is currently studying Computer Science at Stanford. Notably, Sami recently rowed 2,750 miles unsupported across the Pacific Ocean, breaking a world record and raising awareness for the dangers of sugar.
