Priya Dharsini has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition across various reputable companies. Currently serving as a TAG at Virtusa since August 2021, Priya focuses on recruiting top talent and providing growth opportunities for individuals eager to excel in their fields. Prior roles include Lead HR Talent Acquisition at Mindtree, where Priya managed a team and handled end-to-end recruitment, and Professional Freelancer at Brain Search India, closing IT positions. Experience also includes serving as Human Resources Team Lead and Senior Executive HR at Novature Tech and Wiseman Software, respectively. Priya began a career as a Software Engineer at CSS Corp ICT Services, progressing through several roles including JDE Consultant at HCL Technologies and Management Trainee at Mindtree.
