Andrea Skor Raty

Andrea Skor Raty is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources with extensive experience at Visa since 1997. Currently serving as Senior Director of Employee Relations since March 2016, Andrea leads the strategic direction and management of employee concerns, focusing on fair treatment and effective conflict resolution. Previously, as Senior Director and HR Business Partner, Andrea developed and implemented HR solutions across various functions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Breckenridge Ski Resort, where Andrea managed the recruitment process for seasonal staff and handled employee record maintenance. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Northern Colorado.
