Cathy is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in successfully executing large-scale projects within budget and on time. Cathy is passionate about employee engagement and motivating staff through creative means. Under their leadership, the company has seen a 15% reduction in worker’s compensation claims and a 50% reduction in ergonomic workplace injuries.
