Shubham Mane

Shubham Mane is a Mechanical Engineering student at Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology, pursuing a B. Tech degree from December 2021 to May 2025. Currently serving as a TPM Intern at Gabriel India Limited since July 2024, Shubham is responsible for weekly machine inspections and analysis to identify potential issues, while also learning and applying CLIT sheets, 5S methodology, and Jishu Hozen. Previously, as a Production Intern at Gabriel India Limited, Shubham focused on monitoring and optimizing machine cycle time in Rodcell and conducted rusting time analysis on rods with and without dewatering.
