Mitch Staples

Mitch Staples has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Zone Vice President at Visionworks of America since April 2017, with previous roles including Regional Director of Operations and Territory Director overseeing Oregon, Washington, and Louisiana. Prior to Visionworks, Mitch spent over two decades at Payless ShoeSource in various leadership positions, such as District Leader, managing 43 stores from the Canadian Border to Northern California, and Retail Operations Project Manager, responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and optimizing retail performance. Mitch holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grays Harbor Community College, earned between 1990 and 1993.
