Nancy Vitale

Nancy Vitale serves as Vice President of Contact Center Operations Shared Services and Vice President of Member Services & Operations at VNS Health since April 2013. Nancy has demonstrated strong leadership and operational efficiency by outsourcing transportation benefits, insourcing Health Risk Assessments, and restructuring departments, achieving significant cost reductions and improvements in service ratings. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Member Services and Call Center Operations, where Nancy successfully implemented strategies that enhanced member satisfaction and engagement, increased productivity, and improved overall operational performance. Prior to VNS Health, Nancy held management positions at Williams Lea and Verizon, where expertise in customer service and operations management was established. Education includes a Facilities Management Administrator degree from the Builders Owners Management Institute.
