Piyush Dubey

Piyush Dubey currently serves as the Sr. Director of HR for Corporate Functions and the Americas region at Visteon Corporation, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Piyush was the Regional HR Director for the Americas at Uber from October 2021 to January 2023. Piyush garnered extensive experience in human resources leadership at Aptiv from January 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Global Human Resource Business Partner and as Head of HR for Aptiv in India. Additional HR leadership experience was obtained at Delphi between 2015 and 2017, and Wipro Limited from 2006 to 2015, where Piyush managed HR functions across various regions and business segments. Piyush began a career in HR at Delphi Corporation in 2005 and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Bhopal.
