The current leadership team at Visteon has a wide range of experience in different industries. The Chief Human Resources Officer has experience at Integer Holdings Corp. and MTS Systems. The SVP-Human Resources has experience at Lawson Software. The Chief Technology Officer has experience at HARMAN International and QNX Software Systems. The Executive Vice President & President Lifestyle Division also has experience at HARMAN International. All members of the leadership team have received some form of higher education, such as degrees from Duke University, Luther College, Bombay University, and Southern Illinois University.
