In her role, Land will oversee Visual Lease’s employee value proposition and talent acquisition and development strategies. She will play a key role in maintaining Visual Lease’s distinction as one of the best places to work in New Jersey, as well as the company’s recent placement in the top 10% of the 2020 Inc. 5000 list.
Prior to joining Visual Lease’s team, Land spent more than 20 years at mid- and large-size companies creating and implementing policies and programs to enhance the full life-cycle of the employee. Her experience includes HR strategy, culture creation, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching and performance.
