Swapnil Khanvilkar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations and service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Relationship and Customer Support at VitalEdge Technologies since September 2023, Swapnil previously held the position of Senior Service Engineer Manager at Microsoft for a brief period. Prior to this, Swapnil spent over three years at Nuance Communications, progressing from Senior SRC Engineer to Manager of SRC Operations.
